From Franklin County Sheriff’s Office —
On Wednesday, May 17, 2023, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office arrested Franklin County resident, Nelson Fuentes, 34, charging him with two (2) counts of Second Degree Forcible Sex Offense and one count of Sexual Battery.
This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division regarding a sexual assault.
Nelson Fuentes was placed on a $200,000 secured bond and is being held at the Franklin County Detention Center. This investigation remains active. If anyone has any further information into this case, please contact Detective A. Dillon at (919)340-4311.
