Three arrested for breaking and entering, one has gun

LOUISBURG — During at routine check of a vacant residence on Friday, April 14, Louisburg Police officers arrested three men.

Frank Kingsberry, 33, Stanley Williams, 61, and Richard Earl Allen, 51, were found at 310 Bunn Road, Louisburg.

The residence’s owner, Mark Dickens, had asked LPD to help keep people out of the vacant property because some were entering the structure without permission.

All three men were charged with breaking into the property and Kingsberry was additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a concealed weapon, said Louisburg Police Chief Jason Abbott. 

Officer D. Mancini made the arrests. 

• Shaun Xavier Stallings, 48, was arrested on Friday, April 14 for a domestic violence protective order violation, reckless driving to endanger and expired registration tag.

Officer A. Rooker made the arrest.
