April 3: Louisburg United Methodist Church supporting Child Abuse Prevention Month with guest speaker

Louisburg United Methodist Church is supporting Child Abuse Prevention Month during April. 

Cheryl Fuller, McKinney-Venti homeless liaison for Franklin County Schools, will present the program “Understanding the impact of abuse and trauma on children and families” on Monday, April 3 at 7 p.m at Louisburg United Methodist Church Sanctuary, 402 N. Main St., Louisburg. 

Additional outreach includes:

Encourage local businesses to show support through posting messages (i.e. April – Prevent Child Abuse Month, etc.) on their billboard/marquee.

Friday, March 31, 2023 – WEAR BLUE DAY in support.  Participants are encouraged to take pictures/selfies and post on Social Media with hashtags:
